Self-Attested PAN Card of Individual Applicant

Self-Attested Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport

• Net worth calculations exclude the value of your primary residence

• Financial assets include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities

• Income criteria require consistent earnings over the specified period

• All financial information must be verified by a Chartered Accountant

• All documents must be self-attested unless specified otherwise

• PAN cards and identity documents must be current and valid

• Trust deeds and partnership agreements must be properly attested

• Board resolutions for corporates must be certified by Company Secretary or MD
