Co-founder & CEO
A lawyer from WBNUJS Kolkata, Parth brings hands-on experience in the AIF industry. He has worked at Khaitan & Co. and Kaytes, focusing on fund compliance and setup. Parth also launched a course for the NISM Series XIX:C Fund Managers Exam.
Sujay Shah
Co-founder & CTO
With over seven years of experience at Morgan Stanley, Sujay has honed a deep expertise in AI and technology-driven solutions. His background in leading high-level initiatives and managing complex tech projects positions him perfectly to drive the innovation arm of our company.
Dhaval Gala
Head of Engineering
Dhaval brings over a decade of experience leading engineering teams, architecting scalable platforms, and driving technology strategy. Having co-founded and scaled Code B Solutions, he combines deep technical expertise with business leadership. At Navigate AIF, he drives platform architecture, compliance automation, CSCRF, and cloud infrastructure, helping deliver secure and scalable LegalTech solutions for the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) ecosystem.
Sristi Srivastava
VP Fund Administration
Sristi is a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience in financial accounting and regulatory compliance, including four in the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) domain. She has managed Category I, II, and III AIFs, overseeing fund administration and SEBI compliance. With strong expertise in AIF operations and governance, Sristi supports Navigate AIF’s vision of strengthening the fund ecosystem through process-driven practices and intelligent automation.
Sunil Mahato
VP Fund Accounting
Sunil is a Fund Accounting professional with 10+ years of experience at Niveza India, EY, Apex Group, SS&C GlobeOp, and HSBC, specializing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), including Private Equity and Hedge Funds. His expertise includes NAV calculation, capital activity processing, investor reporting and regulatory compliance.
Pratik Sheth
VP Business Development
Pratik brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in the customer service and financial sectors to Navigate AIF. Having worked with market leaders like HDFC Bank, Edelweiss, Volkswagen Finance, and Reliance Communication, he specializes in managing High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients end-to-end. Known for his commitment to strict Turnaround Times (TAT) and providing timely, accurate guidance, Pratik ensures our premium clients receive a seamless, world-class experience while driving strategic growth for the firm.
Jenish Vira

Jenish is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in direct and indirect taxation, statutory audit, and financial reporting. At Navigate AIF, he is building expertise in AIF and securities regulation, supporting SEBI compliance and technology-driven solutions. He is particularly interested in leveraging AI to improve compliance efficiency in investment management.

She has experience in Alternative Investment Fund formation, drafting fund documentation, corporate advisory, and regulatory research under the SEBI and RBI frameworks.

He has experience in the establishment and registration of Category I, II, and III AIFs, investor onboarding, fund registrations, and regulatory filings. His experience also includes supporting ongoing compliance requirements, investor due diligence processes, and regulatory and operational requirements applicable to investment funds.
